What is the best way to sit in front of a computer all day?
Don’t.
But if that is not an option, keyboard directly in front of screen, directly in front of you, screen at slightly below eye height. Arse to back of chair, back in a neutral position. Keyboard flat (don’t use the little pegs to raise the back). Feet resting on a sloped footrest.
Whatever way makes you the most comfortable…is this a question that needs to be asked?

usually, that’s the worst position.
I sit in my chair at home with feet up and my back curved like crazy so that my ass is about foot from the back of the chair. Comfortable as hell, horrible for posture.
You also want to have your shoulders under the ears as much as possible rather than rounded forward. A stability ball would probably be your best bet as a chair.

ayo man I’m a customer service rep with AT&T the main thing is keepin the keyboard and the arms not toooo angled elbow to finger and keyboard should be about horizontal as fuck…trust me //////I laugh my ass off at cust.calling and demanding credits just cuz they are on the phone…LOL in person I would whoop their ass with the comments they make…LOL sorry to get off topic but yeah just sit upright, good lighting and not slouched over the desk!!!

I have one of these and though it may look funny…it makes you sit erect and feels just fine.
