Single-Arm Whole Body Lifts!

How long are you out of action? I’m wondering if it would be a good idea to practice lifting with just a single arm for an extended period of time. I can understand if its your weaker side, but won’t you develop a big imbalance if your injured for a couple months?

I like the idea of using a weight belt for squats (like the one at iron mind). Also, maybe this would be a good time to work on things like sprints, bodyweight squats, high jumps, running hills, etc and just do some rehab exercises until your arm is healed.
