Thanks for all the birthday wishes guys. I had a really nice day Saturday (my Birthday). Spend the day with the family, took the kids out in the morning to an indoor sky diving place. They basically have a huge fan that blows air at over 100mph and it’s like you are flying or falling very fast. The kids did really well and had fun. I didn’t do it, but we have some vouchers that we haven’y used yet and I am going to do it with my other daughter when she comes back from school. We then went out for a nice lunch and caught up with an old friend. In the evening the family went out for dinner and then took the kids for ice cream. Really had a nice relaxing day.

Sunday was lawn bowls with my son and then a day of food prep and chores.

A good weekend.

Chilli is one of those things as well that seems to taste better when its made then heated up again at another time. Its such a great meal!

I know the bouncing, and speed, is sport specific, but just be careful with the bar moving away from you after the bounce, mate.
