Thanks man, I am in a good spot right now. Training feels good and body is holding together. Need to get a little stricter with my food and recovery but that isn’t too hard to fix. It just requires me to be grown up. LOL
Does not compute, being a grown up around night time snacks is about the hardest thing haha
Funny you say that because this is an area I struggle with too. For me I am an all or nothing guy. I either cut out all the snacks and be very strict, or I just east everything and anything. I am not god with controlled moderation. I have had a quite a few month now of no control so it is time to turn off the tap again.

Managed to find some thin steel weight plates for my log and my monster Dumbell. Got 45kg (100lbs) for $60 which is darn cheap for down here. Means I can now load the log up to over 100kg. Time to get stronger.
I wish I could find plates for anything near that price…
I was reading through your old log yesterday while temporarily bedridden, and just wanted to pass on my respect for making it through Super Squats. That’s some serious hard work.
LOL it seems like a distant memory now, but just thinking about it males me shudder.
I can eat a few things but if sweets or crackers get introduced, it’s game over.

First set felt a little slow but that is normal. 16 reps in 45 seconds, had more but didn’t want to die! Very good rep PR.
Axle overhead press
62.5 x 8 x 4 sets (138 lbs). RPE - 7, 7, 9, 9
These were aggravating my wrist, put the wraps on but didn’t really help. Solid volume at this weight though .
Bent over Axle rows
70 x 12 x 3 sets (154 lbs)
Upper body swelling is insane. Feeling fkn hench. Big grip workout too.
Dips
3 sets - 17, 17, 17
Good amount of reps. Great pump.

Happy with the farmers today, the pick always feels a little slow, but trying to focus on being smooth and accelerating over the distance. Getting better. It was raining slightly tonight so have the weights a good wash. I was aware of the wet floor and didn’t go full out in case I slipped. Lots of guys entering or leaving the gym making comments and assuming I am mad.
This must be the only place on earth where you can call another man pretty and at the same time be referred to as monstrous with that picture as a reference and take it as a huge compliment.
