Pull ups
3 sets - 10, 10, 10

And that is week 1 gym sessions all done. Just two more conditioning sessions to go.

At what, 93-94kg bodyweight, those pull-ups are impressive imo.

Went out for a walk with the misses and kids this afternoon. About 40 mins at a local nature reserve that is inside an old quarry. Lots of up and down and a few sprint races with my son. Sad to say he is quicker than me these days. I don’t do full sprint as I am too scared I will blow a hammiešŸ˜‚

Looking good, Rob.
Have the front squats influenced you to go deeper on back squats?
BTW you look a tiny bit lopsided - thought it was camera angle at first, but it’s there in both views. Probably just old man stuff, favoring a knee or a hip or something, but I hope it doesn’t lead to any worse issues.

Yeah it’s always been there. In truth, everyone is lop sided to some small degree. You should my deadlift from the front angle.

Haha yeah and i probably am too. Injured my right knee recently, now that it doesn’t hurt my left knee hurts anytime I get up off the floor (concentric only).

Sounds like old.man stuff. Can relate. Haha

@jdm135 I spoke a bit about this a few weeks ago (and probably many other times over time). @wiseman83 is correct in that the imbalance has always been there.
When I initiate the squat, the right hip does not go into external rotation, the knee goes out slightly but the hip rotates inward or stays straight. You can see it when you watch the top of the quad. I am trying to work on activating the glute more on this side before squatting and focus on opening up the hip on that side but its not easy.
The right side is where my knee issue also is and its the side where I wrecked my ankle 30 years ago and never got it fixed properly. I just have to work with what i have got.
