Simo - The Red Shoe Diaries Part 2.0

Ok so going to take a leaf out of @SvenG book and put some simple goals for the week.

  1. 3 gym days as per the program
  2. 4 conditioning days
  3. 2 litres of water minimum every day
  4. Protein for breakfast every day (min 40g)
  5. Protein before bed every day
  6. No crap snacks at night
