Wrapped and strapped for these. Press was hard but solid. Rows were ok.

Slam ball to shoulder, alternating shoulders.
30 reps for time. 55KG (121lbs) slam ball.
Finished in under 10 mins. Good little lung burner.

Wednesday 1 Feb - week 3

Deadlift

Lower body was tight which slowed down tbr explosiveness’s a little but these still felt like cardio.

Db overhead press
30 x 7. LOL all over the place, no balance or control
30 x 8. Better this set
30 x 7 a bit wobbly again
Still feeling weak as piss on these .

Starting to feel better on the warm up sets. Slowly getting the coordination of the movement. First 2 reps are on the very quickly run out of snap.

Fkn cardio. Really gasping for breath after each set. These were very solid pulls for beltless. Everything is as working hard, glutes, hammies, lower back and quads. Very happy.

Got all the reps done but These still feel terrible !!

Strongman Saturday session.

Sand bag carry with 80kg bag. 10 reps going every second minute. Working on trying to be quicker. Good session in 30c.

Did some more work with the sandbag today. Used the 62KG (135lbs) bag.

1 rep per minute EMOM for 20 mins.

Laying on the floor grab the bag get up and put it on the shoulder.

This kicked my butt.
