I’m training for a comp in November and have been better than I’ve been in a very long time. Just taking a break from the process of logging but I will resume at some point for sure.
As far as seated DB shoulder press goes, I think my best was 3x12 @45kg/100lbs. or 17 in one amrap set

Bench felt toot tonight. Could have been tighter but the pauses were all solid on the first 3 sets.

Did 10 reps of BNP and curls on the last set
Great week 1 session. Felt strong and fresh despite some good old doms from the Bulgarians on Monday.
I am going to Thailand in November with my family and a mate and his family. He is 10 years younger than me and a fit young rooster with a good rig. He asks me the other day if I am going to cut a little for holiday or just power through. Based on the 2 family size pizzas I ate for dinner I will let you all decide!!
