Very empty gym tonight. Was all by myself for the start of the workout and then a few more people turned up. Had a Good Friday night. Quality
I think there is a couple of things. All the squatting caused me some problems with my hips that have taken a while to sort out. Also I have done less squatting and definitely less low rep heavy stuff so I am just out of practice. I think the strength is still there I just need to build up again.
Got to train the brain and the body at the same time mate. Check out the first round in the video where I nearly knock myself over with the barrel. You will get a good laugh
lol, I had a buddy in college who was a mathematician, as well as a stud rugby player. We did a workout together once and his actual plan was to scale reps by “just going up the prime numbers”. He thought it was an awesome way to start with rounds fast and then get into super high rep, almost MURPH style workout.
Lol I did a burpee workout last year where I started at 1 and worked up to 25, for every prime number I did squats instead of burpees. Got heaps of comments from people saying they wouldn’t know what numbers to do the squats on. I then revealed my secret, I had written all the prime numbers on the ground in chalk!! lol
