This type of movement has been a missing part of my training for a long time and seems to be missing from a lot of peoples plans. First set felt a little slow. Second set was better. Third set slowed down again
165 x 4+. Stopped at 5 reps did not want any slow reps.
Body still sore from the barrel work on Saturday. Happy with this effort.

Bloody good Monday session. Had a little pre workout to wake me up a bit today and boy did I get a good pump. Followed the workout with a big plate or homemade shepherds pie with green beans. Yummy
Fatsique update. Weight is around 90kg - 198lbs
Have cut carbs out of my 2 lunch time meals since I stopped super squats 8 weeks ago. Lost a fair bit of fluff around my middle. Still not a model but better than the average 48 year old.
What was your heaviest weight since 2017? I see you weighed 83 kg then.
9 weeks ago after running super squats I was 95.5kg

Hey mate sorry I’m a little late to this; I’ve been away so am getting a little caught back up. Just saw this and wanted to mention I have some experience with family members and ADHD. Had a doctor switch them to a slightly smaller dose, but twice a day. So take one dose first thing in the morning, and then another in the afternoon really helped with this issue. I’m sure you’ve got everything under control. but this might be something worth talking to your sons doctor about?

Alternated between
Sandbag carry followed by 5 burpees (80kg 176 lbs sandbag)
Barrel floor to over head x 2 followed by 10 burpees ( 41kg or 90lbs)
Total 10 rounds (5 of each)
This was a good tough session. No sandbagging today. ![]()
