Good session. Was really beat up today but it was still good. I dropped the Bulgarians tonight because my legs were still sore. I will do them on Wednesday after bench.
Burpee session tonight.
5 rounds. Each round was max push ups followed by as many 1 pump burpees as the push ups.
Managed
Round 1 - 45
Round 2 - 22
Round 3 - 15
Round 4 - 13
Round 5 - 12
Total 107 push ups and 107 1 pump burpees.
All done in 20 mins. I was wrecked after this.
