Burpees for conditioning today. Tempo interval session. Total 105 burpees. A little doms but feeling pretty good. One more gym session on Friday to get ready for SS next week. Bring it on.

Ha ha funny you say that. Deciding to do a primer week this week and run the program with lighter weights and 3 sets of 10 squat instead of the 20 reppers, has been really good for me. I can see how the sessions will go and have gained a little confidence. On the flip side though my lungs are puffing hard on 12 reps so I am cacking myself. Lol.
Did a video on my strength training and also video a complete session last night and did a commentary. Might be mildly interesting if you are really bored😂

Breathing really heavy at the end of these. Didn’t do them as breathing squats so probably did reps faster than my breath !! Massive lower back pump !!

Took a couple of pics tonight as a starting point before running Super squats. Not the best camera work but they will do. Also weighed myself and was 88kg (194 lbs).

Sandbag and burpees today. Did pick up and carry with the 80kg (176 lbs) bag followed by 20 burpees. Did 5 rounds for a total of 100 burpees. Moved he turnaround point slightly to make it the longest carry with this bag yet. Had my son (9 yrs) train with me today. I took some of the weights off my weight vest and put 6kg each in 2 cloth shopping bags. He Did farmers carry with 6kg in each hand and some burpees too. Good session.
This was the 50s mate, they were cool back then.
