We had to give him a wash when we got back which he doesn’t like much. It’s warm today so he’s dried off nice and is all clean and shiny again.

I have never used straps for lifting, not even tried someone else’s. I only started using knee sleeves this year and also bought some wrist wraps but haven’t tried them yet.
I’m a huge fan of knee sleeves. I never really tried to figure out wrist wraps
Yep I live my sleeves. I think I am going to start the wrist wraps in the next block and see how I go.

Same I don’t like squatting without sleeves, my knees make some really unpleasant sounds - pretty sure the sleeves don’t stop the sounds but I can’t hear them through the sleeves so it’s all good!
Literally everything you just said. I’d rather squat beltless than without knee sleeves.
I only my wear my Sleeves for heavy squat day and only for squats. I don’t wear them for Bulgarians or any of the higher rep or technique squat work.
I wear them for anything that’s a squat, but partly because I don’t do variations without doing squats first and I’m not stripping off in the middle of the gym to take my sleeves off.
I don’t do Bulgarians, because I don’t hate myself that much

For max gains u wear knee wraps then sleeves on top for leg press
I used to even try wearing them leg curls until I realized I didn’t like it
