Back in the comp in October last year it was 120kg. Haven’t tested it since then.

Yep my thoughts exactly. I’ll test at the beginning of May, then deload and then switch to some hypertrophy work to give my a bit of a break.

Back wasn’t happy so just some light sets to put some blood in the muscles.

Back was not happy after that last set of deadlifts. Think it’s just muscle tightness but scaled back the squats just in case. Will rest up over the weekend and hopefully it will be all good.

Also, I saw the vid with your flexed calves and was wondering just wtf that was about. Turns out it was a guns show, but for your leg biceps.
Back is really feeling it now. The calves show was for some other members who needed some motivation ! Lol
