95 x 1
105 x 1. Happy with this didn’t feel heavy moved pretty fast
100 x 2 x 3 sets - all quick
Chest was still tight and a little sore tonight but it didn’t slow me down.

Squat
Bar x 10
65 x 5
85 x 3
105 x 3
115 x 4 x 3 sets RPE maybe 5 or less. Didn’t feel hard. These moved well, no problems

Nothing else. Now to rest up.

No training tonight just resting before Sunday. Feels really weird to not be going to the gym on a Friday night !!

Weighed myself this morning for the first time in a while. 86.5kg 190 lbs.
That was a little more than I expected, although now I come to think of how tight my work pants and shorts have gotten it’s maybe not a surprise.
Need to decide whether I make another push towards 100 for the end of this year ??

14kg extra feels like a lot of weight in a very short space of time. Did you mean 200lbs?

Lol nope. The 100 is really an arbitrary number that I never get to. It really means I’ll let the leash off and eat big till the end of the year and see where I land.

That makes more sense. I feel like you have a far more controlled appetite than me, it might work for you.

Oh man, you are going to get so much stronger. I think if you hit 100 your bench will be somewhere between 135 and 150.

You were 82kg on May 31st. 10 lbs isn’t much. I’m pretty sure I gained 10 lbs in the first three weeks after I put my scales away. I haven’t actually weighed myself, but I’ve definitely filled out my mid section a bit.

Be careful Simo 14 kgs in just over 2 month, that’s just going to be fat. Keep your steady pace as you do with the lifting.
If you could end up at an even 90 by the end of the year, you’ll be good.
