Second set moved quick - weird. Last one was a lot slower. Lol

Squat

First set felt sluggish but still moved. Got the others done but they weren’t real pretty.

Bench

Nice and smooooooth

SS machine rows
Some reps

Great session. Was feeling really beat up going in. Neck was a bit locked up, lower back was tight. But once I started pulling it all dissolved away and the session went great. Really happy with another 5kg PR on deadlift tonight.

Didn’t look quite as hard as it felt. Definitely seen grindier reps.

I love seeing different peoples’ deadlift setups and hype-ups.

I probably had a little more in me, but the RPE 10 was because I was not sure I would have got another rep without it being real ugly!!

Nice PR Rob! Save the RPE 10 for a lift that at least looked difficult. Things are getting strong in here!

No kidding! Looked like one of his warm up sets… my rpe10’s look waaaaay worse lol. Fave turns blood red, eyes go red, some grunting, stars flashing after the lift while I wait and see if I’m gonna pass out or not :joy:

Thanks @littlesleeper and @wanna_be it’s funny his lifts always look different to how they feel. Looking back it didn’t really look that hard. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
