I’ve been feeling horrible since yesterday after lunch. Terrible stomach problems and breaking out in cold sweats. I go to the doctor tomorrow at 9 to get this checked out but I’ve lost 5 pounds. This has crept up on me really fast. I don’t know if its a virus or from the chicken I ate that seemed under cooked at lunch yesterday. This is really going to destroy my training, school, etc. As soon as I get close to achieving a training goal, I get fucked up.
