If your primary goal is bodybuilding you are doing it ass-backwards.
Steps to a better you:
- Set Goals
- Find a program that will lead you to your goals (Plenty on this site)
- Find an eating plan that will lead you to your goals (Plenty on this site)
- Work towards your goals with consistency and intensity until you reach them.
