Sick and Losing Weight

Hey guys I’ve been really sick last few days and I’m losing weight like crazy. I try stuffing my face with w.e I can but the appetite just isn’t there. What are some suggestions to pack calorie dense foods or shakes so I don’t end up looking like drivethruhero once I get better.

P.S. I haven’t been to the gym in about a week and the last few days I’ve noticed I only need about 3-5 hours of sleep without feeling tired during the day. Is that because I’m sick, or because for I haven’t worked out in a while needing less recovery time.

Squats and Milk

Nuts are very calorie dense. Walnuts are probably highest in fat per serving size.

I suggest you focus on getting better.

Alright, with all the great advice I got I picked up a large chocolate shake at mcd’s and put some protein and leucine in there.

If you’re losing weight that fast, something ain’t right.

But, try peanut butter and some meat, that should be caloric enough :wink:

You’re probably just losing water.

Should be pretty easy to drink a heap of milk.
