Wildfire, let me get this straight, you add about 10 lbs every week or 2? Ok, so every two weeks you add 10 lbs, that means in one year you can add (26 bi weekly 10lbs increments) 260lbs to your max? Good for you, keep in mind i didnt even go weekly, which would of been a total of (52x10) 520lbs. Quit your bullshitting son…

I weighed myself today…I put on 10 lbs since I started three months ago. I wonder how much of that is muscle considering that some of my lifts, like the bench, are less than impressive. However, my leg workouts have been more intense, but I only do legs once a week. Anyway, I need to up the intensity.
