Shoulders

Well I have been lifting a while, and have really neglected my shoulders. They are by far the weakest link in my body. I have been really trying to get them up to speed lately. Basically I’ll do seated military press, my max is about 90, yes, I know it sucks. I really struggle with that. It almost feels like my torso wants to just bend over. I also do some isolation with lateral raises etc. And lately I have been doing machine shoulder presses, so I can concentrate more on my shoulders and keeping my body vertical.

I searched and didn’t come up with much. This sound solid, or are there some more compound movements I could add. I hate isolation but aside from military press, what other compound movements are there?

Go to Frequently asked questions and scroll down. Shoulder routines are there. Or do asearch for “strong and healthy shoulders”.
