Shoulders Overhaul, Is This Okay?

I am thinking of doing shoulders overhaul.

Will this be acceptable for the other days?

Bis/tris day

Close grip chins and dips using EDT

Chest/back day

Pullups and decline bench using EDT
and maybe some bb rows 3x8

My thought process is that my arms and tris(should be hit on shoulder days as well) will be hit well with these movements. And the volume isnt high enough to overtrain even while doing shoulders 2x’s a week. Agree?

dont add EDT to the program. Thats a lot of volume. On all of the Specialization program the volume is added to the specific body part (shoulders) in your case.

Keep it simple, similar to the rep ranges used in the program as a whole, just less volume.

EDT tends to add up quickly.

thanks for the advice. I figured 1 pr zone would hurt and getting my workouts done in 15 minutes when im working alot would of been pretty sweet.
