I am thinking of doing shoulders overhaul.
Will this be acceptable for the other days?
Bis/tris day
Close grip chins and dips using EDT
Chest/back day
Pullups and decline bench using EDT
and maybe some bb rows 3x8

My thought process is that my arms and tris(should be hit on shoulder days as well) will be hit well with these movements. And the volume isnt high enough to overtrain even while doing shoulders 2x’s a week. Agree?
