Shoulder Training

I’m recently getting back into lifting after a long hiatus, and have put on too much fat I want to start up on a circuit training workout. But due to over developing my traps with football my shoulders slope, showed I try to lose weight first or get my shoulders big and then lose weight? Any feedback is helpful.
