Hey guys,
I am having some problems with my shoulders. I can’t seem to get that round look and I don’t understand. I thought it was my rear delts weren’t developed enough but i’ve been blasting them and they’ve been growing but I still cant get the round shoulder look. Any ideas on what I can do?
Also, does anyone know any exercises that isolate the delts so that the traps are not used or used very little? Thanks.
