Shoulder Stability/Mobility in a Program

After reading the newest Tony Gentilcore article I was wondering when/how people do their shoulder mobility and stability work.

For example, I’m doing the Westside for Skinny Bastards program with a ME Upper, RE Upper, ME Lower and RE Lower days.

Would it be better to do L-raises, Cuban Press, Scap-pushups and so forth on the Upper body days before lifting, or after, or on Lower body days before or after?

I have read many articles, but it’s not often mentioned when to do these great things, only that we should all do them.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I was wondering the same thing. I was thinking about just doing them after my workouts (TBT 3 times a week) but I dont really know what is ideal. Maybe before workouts? I really don’t know. In any case, just doing them at all is a great step above a lot of people.
