ok i have a problem with my right shoulder; i practice on my speed bag once in a while and i when i get it going pretty fast, i get a kink in my right shoulder up in the center at the top and if i keep going, the pain gets worse. but the second after i stop hitting the bag with my right, it goes back to normal as if there were nothing even wrong with it.
my left arm can go all day till ive gotten a work out with it, but i dont understand why my right arm hurts so bad before i can even get it warmed up. can anyone help me out with this and tell me if a can fix it?
