Shoulder Mobility (Elevation Plane)

When I fully elevate my shoulders on my second pull, my shoulders come forward and in (coach feedback). When I try to keep them back my ROM is rubbish. I’m trying to figure ways to extend my ROM, I suspect thoracic spine mobility is the issue, my coach says it will come with time.

Any suggestions to help things along? Maybe I should shrug or something as activation?

EDIT: it’s an issue with both snatch and cleans.

You could do thoracic mobility work on a foam roll. Possibly add some rear delt and mid trap work.

Also consider work on mobility of the pec and shoulder.
