Shoulder Issue

Bit of a long shot but worth posting anyway. Iâ??ve been getting shoulder pain in a very specific place between my pec and front delt, the pain is underneath the muscles and almost feels like itâ??s in the joint and i can feel precisely where itâ??s hurting with my finger. The pain develops on chest day when Iâ??m pressing, regardless of using dumbbells or the barbell. It feels like inflammation as it only occurs when i start training. As soon as Iâ??ve finished the pain doesn’t last long and by the next day feels fine again.

The strange thing is movements that are meant to hurt donâ??t, for example dips feel absolutely fine where as flat dumbbell press really flares it up!
