Shoulder Conditioning.

Hey!

I’m combining powerlifting and Krav Maga at the moment in addition to 1-2 shootfighting/submission wrestling workouts per week. My general conditioning is getting better by each week, but I have one problem. My shoulders and the pure muscular endurance is lagging behind. I have a fair amount of muscle in that area, but it should not be impossible to combine strenght and endurance on the low level I’m at…

Any suggestions? So far I’ve been doing a lot of pad-work, keeping my hands up, hitting… but the progression seems slow.

Stall your training and focus on your shoulders for a couple weeks.
I don’t know how many people here would advise that, but thats always been my method.
