I had some pain in my left shoulder and clicking in my right and went to the doctor. He indicated from X-Rays that I had demineralization in the clavicle common with weightlifters who are doing pressing movements with wide grips, and that the best way to work around it is to make sure my hands are aligned with my shoulder joints in pressing movements.
My only concern is that I thought I already did that - I very rarely use super wide grips and try to stay alligned with my joints.
Has anyone else had this experience and if so how did you change your training methods to refelct it? What about the olympic lifts like the Power Snatch - is that out too?
