This entire post is the most bro sciency shit I’ve read in months. And I’m on 3 different BBing forums.

looking great dude. What’s your plan from here?

Lean bulk but first i go 2 weeks maintain to see sweet spot i think it will be 3500 kcal then i add 200 to 300 and do 8 months bulk to 8 kg

Would you consider an alternative?

Standard bulk, 500cal surplus (mostly carbs) for 3 weeks.
Minicut for 1 week.
And do that for 8 months.

After your minicut, your nutrient absorption is going to boost up, making your bulk more effective at building muscle and storing less fat. The minicut will also lengthen your ‘runway’ before you get too fat.

What will your training look like?

I may consider this actually was thinking about it
And my plan

Actually i renember on my first bulk i was bulking for 4 months and my streinght didnt go updor some time maybe it was good moment for minicut well mistakes were maded but we better now hehe

Actually i think it was cuz i was douing 5x5 fbw for 4 months and the weights went kinda high and the volume was too big cuz after some time i had wierd pains in my body and i didnt do a dload

Assuming you’re saying “strength didn’t go up or down”.

Are you logging your training in any way?
Are you beating the logbook?
Did you make your training program yourself, or is this tried and proven by others?

It did go up but at some point it stopped for 2 weeks and then went up again
Yes i log every single day every single set
Yes plan was proved
Overall i went from
Bench 60kg 5x to 85kg 3x
Deadlift 80kg 5x to 145kg 3x
Squad 80kg 5x to 135kg 3x

Why not start following an actual powerlifting template like 531 with reasonable assistance work?

It will undulate volume such that your training max should be increasing every month. Linear Progression isn’t going to work for you much longer.

Actually i do my progression on strong lifts like

Bench 80kg 3x 77kg 4x 75kg 5x 72,5kg 6x if its succes i add 2.5kg next session
i dont do anymore 5x5 linial

Appreciate it, theres a good 30years behind that bro science and tons of factual proof.

Post it up.

If you were to change “calisthenics” to “Primary Pattern Movements” and keep the rest of your statement the same, we would be in agreement.
