I know what you thought when you saw the title, I know I should do cardio.
I did 30 Minutes on Sunday and Monday. Lifted Monday, Squat and Deadlift, and did power cleans and other lifts this morning. Now my legs aren’t dieing or anything, no problems getting of the toilet or anything. They do feel a little brittle so to speak, wore out. Should I run today anyway, or take a break?
Your legs will adapt to the stress you put on them. You don’t necessarily have to run either.
In times like this i wish my gym had a rowing machine… rowing is probly better than running
