Finished that cut to 150 still no abs, either way started bulking at 200 calorie surplus last week. [/quote]
Go squat 300lb+
You’ll have abs.
I squat 625 yesterday and don’t have abs
what the fuck
…
Basically what we are saying is no one nor you should give a fuck. Who cares it doesn’t change anything you need to do. You are still skinny and small so you still need to continue to eat and lift. You borderline becoming a troll.

At 150lbs, no-one gives a shit about your body-fat percentage, abs on a 150lb guy are like boobs on a fat girl: no-one cares.
Seriously, you’re going to “bulk” on a 200cal surplus at 150lbs?
How many pounds were you able to put on each of your three lifts during that time?
I’ll be honest, not very much, i had trouble increasing each week, so i increased reps instead. My form also was wrong, so ive been workin on correcting it, so i had to lower the weights wayy down.
Current
Squat: 45 lbs each side.
Bench(switched to barbell): 45 10 on each side.
Deadlift: 45 25 10 10 on each side
Things are increasing easyy now since i started the bulk last week.
You bench more than you squat?

So, in numbers people will understand:
Squat: 135lbs
Bench: 155lbs
Dead: 225lbs

You mean if you eat enough food, it makes it easier to gain strength? You should tell someone about these findings.

So, did you or did you not do the routine you said you were going to?
Also, did you do this? Every day?
