Ive been on TRT for 3 years, currently taking 50mg test E 2X per week split 3.5 days, NO AI.
This puts me in the top of the range for total and free T
I have cycled a few times, the last being around 5 years ago, usually I did test E 500mg for 12 weeks or so.
I am 83KG, 10% BF at 5ft 10, I train 5-6 days per week, weights and cardio, have been doing this for years, usually I maintain my current body shape, but recently I have upped my calories to bulk up a little after a bout of food poisoning made me drop some size.
I have a holiday coming up in 4 weeks, I want to do a short cycle to boost my gains, I wont take orals due to liver toxicity and also the effects on lipids, Tbol and anavar crush my HDL.
So I am thinking my only option is test prop on top of my TRT dosage, I respond very well to very little T so I don’t need huge dosages, my thinking is as follows:
TRT Test E 50mg x2 per week = 100mg continuous
Test prop either 20mg ED = 140mg for 4 weeks
Total 240mg per week.
Or
TRT Test E 50mg X2 per week = 100mg continuous
Test prop 50mg x3 per week for 4 weeks
Total 250mg
I will use Arimidex 0.1mg every 4-5 days as I do aromatise easily and I over respond to it so I only need a micro dose.
Bloods during and after the mini cycle.
What are your thoughts on this short blast?
Which dosage regime would be better in terms of peaks and troughs?
Or would it be simpler for me to just up the Test E for 4-6 weeks and drop back to TRT levels?
E.G
Test E 250mg Test E x2 for the first week
Test E 125mg x2 for 4 weeks
Drop back to 100mg per week after.
