Howdy ‘T’ People.
I’m struggling at the moment with my training and diet. Why! I’m a copper (policeman) thats just been sent to a station with a 3 panel roster. 1 week days, 1 week nights, 1 week afternoons. It’s starting to take its toll on me. I’m finding it hard to get into a good run of training/eating. any suggestions!

That’s easy to work with! Each week, simply adjust your daily schedule around each shifts time. You’ll end up with three weekly routines all planned, all ready to go, depending on the shift you’re given. Plan - its that simple =) I sympathise though - its hard on the body and mind adjusting constantly, but if you plan your way through you should be right. Best of luck!
