Does anyone have a copy of Shawn Phillip’s Arm Routine? It was in the old MM2K circa 1995.
Do you want a copy of it so you can laugh at it? If you are intending to use it- you are asking on the wrong board. There are several good arm workouts posted on this site that are way better.

You might be able to contact TC (Atomic Dog) as I believe he used to work for MM2K and might have an idea of how to track it down.
