Sharing a Little Good News

Wow, sounds like this is a bumper crop year for TN-Babies. Maybe I can tailor one of my old Testosterone T-Shirts into a onesie -lol.

Congratulations! Our girl Savannah is due the 19th of this month, it’s a long ride and it gets harder for the wife in the last month or so but it’s pretty amazing how fast it goes.

So is Metabolic Drive just as nourishing as mother’s milk? Because we’ve got a little bundle of joy coming our way in 6 months

Congrats Stu!

My new baby girl. Yeah, I know she’s precious.

Congrats! She’s beautiful.

Congrats.

Our due date is tomorrow. I’m so excited it’s ridiculous.

We made it all the way to our due date. When my wife went in her fluid levels were really low and we were admitted immediately and they started working trying to get her to start labor without using the inducing medicine but that didn’t work and the next morning they started the drip. She went from 7 to 6:47 that evening. Awesome feeling though man.

Congratulations, jbpick! She’s absolutely lovely.

I’m all geared up to congratulate you, too, DD!

Oh my goodness! what a little sweetie! Congrats!

She finally got here! 6 days late but perfection takes time. She has a really long torso (for squatting) and already hook grips stuff.

Congratulations. Very happy for you! Beautiful little girl! Bit jelly (I have two boys I love to pieces but always wanted a girl).

Oh, she IS perfection! Congratulations to you and her mom. Enjoy!

Awesome Welcome to fatherhood DD

Congrats man. She is the second prettiest baby in this thread ha but seriously enjoy the ride. That first month and a half has flown by for me.

Dude for real though babies have weirdly strong grip for their size

Thanks everyone. It’s so true that God gives all things in their measure. It is strange that sleep deprivation and overwhelming contentment can co-exist so closely.

In addition to grip, her hammies are ridiculous. She pulls her feet into her poop while changing her and you really have to hold onto those legs. I’m guessing that’s pretty typical for babies. And not to sound like I’m bragging too much (I admit to a little bias) but she’s 3 days old and she’s already flipping herself onto her belly, though it freaked me out in the middle of the night last night.

Mine hasn’t flipped over completely yet. I blame the square shoulders. She can get up on her side but cant quite go on over. We did get a smile that by week 3 though and she hasn’t quit yet. She actually kind of laughed at me a little the other day which I loved. Mama doing alright?

And to the earlier topic of breast feeding and baby weight, my wife was back in her pre pregnancy clothes after a month without the first bit of exercising. She was pretty fit beforehand but she gained nearly 40 lbs during pregnancy. The breastfeeding just made the weight fall off her. She still has a little extra bump right around the midsection that being slightly more stubborn but its slowly going away.

Yeah, mine is very long and narrow. She was 21 inches and 7 pounds and an ounce. Still pretty filled out, but just a narrow frame.

I can’t wait to hear giggles! Yawns and sneezes have me grinning so much it hurts.

Yup mama is great, we’re already up and going on family walks. Feeding is going really well. Basically everything is great!

Our boy was born a week ago Sunday. Healthy and happy. Congrats to all the other fathers posting in here, glad to be sharing such an awesome experience with you guys!

Start sleeping Stu, because that shit is going to be a luxury.
