i’ve been on them now for 4 days and my sleep has gone to the shit house, i also take 3 Z-12 tablets an hour before bed, getting to sleep takes a little longer and staying asleep is becoming another problem im still getting about 7 hours a night but im used to 9-11 hours a night, can anyone suggest anything?

by the way i take 6 tablets 3 in the morning and 3 around 1-2, also im on a very low carb diet and low cals, so any other thoughts?

3+3 what the hell?

2+2 is the max dose!

There were previous versions of HOT-ROX where the max dosage was 4 + 4.

But if it’s the new HOT-ROX Extreme, knock it off.

its not HOT-ROX Extreme, its just HOT-ROX, on the bottle it said max dose in a 24 hour period is 6 tablets, HOT-ROX Extreme is not allowed in aus

I’ve got the latest HOT-ROX Extreme version.

whoa whoa whoa, HRX is not allowed in australia? i thought it was only banned in the close minded countries, what the hell?

yohimbe (sp?) is a banned substance

Hello, since I started this post I felt I should share my experience as i am done with my bottle of HOT-ROX extreme.

Basically, HOT-ROX works (at least for me).

I must add of course that I didn’t just mindlessly pop these pills without making changes to my diet.

The main change I made was not eating or snacking late in the day. After 20:30 i would have some casein protein shake and that would be my last meal of the day. This was the biggest problem for me before, i use to come home around 23:00 and have a meal, then watch some Jay Leno and go to bed. That is horrible. All those calories will be stored as fat, even if your eating something that you think is healthy.

Another change I made was trying to avoid salty foods, as everyone should be doing. I later mentioned to a buddy of mine how much salt a bowl of food at Chipotle has. (I think its like 4gm). All that fresh unprocessed meat Chipotle prides itself in is useless when drained in all that salt.

I also started running in the mornings more often on an empty stomach to burn more fat. I do take some BCAA’s though to preserve muscle.

Lastly, instead of eating 2-3 meals a day, I began eating 5-6. I started carrying small snacks with me like a small pouch of various nuts, etc. The idea is to eat every 3-4 hours and it doesn’t have to be big meals. In fact, you shouldn’t eat big meals (provided your goal is to cut and lose weight), you should feel slight hunger after eating. If you stop eating when full, you have already overeaten.

My gut has definitely gotten smaller, and the proof isn’t just visible (or psychological…lol) i actually had to make another hole in my belt because it wasn’t tight enough.

So thats what I thought is important and while it isn’t perfect and I assume everyone already knew this info (don’t eat late, avoid salt and sugar, etc), its sticking to it is what makes a difference.

Bumping this with a question:

I used to drink Redline for a boost to workouts about a year ago and ended up kind of hooked on them, but started getting massive, severe, splitting headaches. Got a CT-scan and everything, ended up chalking it up to the stimulants.

Anybody else ever have those kinds of effects, with Redline or HOT-ROX? I’m wondering if it was the specific Redline formula or just stimulants in general that messed me up.

all the good stuff isnt allowed in Australia we must have some very strict laws

I must have been lucky then.

I rcv’d 2 bottles of HOT-ROX Extreme yesterday that I ordered from T-Nation’s shop;-)

Cheers, Warren.

I can’t eat the occasional junk food on HOT-ROX or I’ll have a bad digestive experience the next day or two.

does anyone experience this?[/quote]

Exactly the same thing happens to me. I think of it as a good thing!! If I happen to have a craving I just think of what price I will have to pay the next day and it very easy to put down the pizza/chocolate and pick up the chicken and broccoli.
