Funny thing on the SSB that I realized this morning, I was using the bar backwards when I was warming up, there is not any name or anything on the pad like an ELITE FTS or Titan bars have. Everything on it just felt really hard this morning. When I got up to 205, I was like, Ok, this thing is backwards. At rest the arms were leaning towards me, meaning the weight was higher than usual on my back. Kind of neat actually because I found another variety, using the same bar. LoL.
Lying leg curls are not bad. I actually like the seated ones a little better though.
That’s interesting about the SSB. I tried those one time and it felt insanely awkward. Maybe I had it backwards?
BTW- 800 rides is huge on Peloton man! Early congrats on that! ![]()
It’s possible you did. They are awkward, but not crazy. It wants to kind of pitch you forward when you first try them out.

Just checked and I’m at 474 right now. Another month or two and I should be at 500. I think all of those times I use the Peloton for metcons (for 20 calorie intervals, etc.) is helping my numbers. ![]()
