Thanks Sven!
That is impressive!
Congrats on 800 Shane!!! That is super impressive man. The definition of commitment and longevity.
Yeah, I bet your thumb was sore from high fiving all those people back.
Really good pace on that one too, btw. ![]()
I’m really big on high fiving people on the Peloton. I don’t randomly high five people but if it prompts me to (for a big milestone or even if they rode the bike for 3 days in a row, etc.) I’m high fiving. Gotta spread the love. ![]()
Thank you!
Thanks Trent. I am too man. Like you, I usually only do them when prompted or to pass one back to whoever high fives me.

Thank you Trent!.
Thursday Cardio
Weight 258
5 minute cool down.
That’s it. Doing my usual 2 birds today. Smoking one, cooking one in the oven.
Both went in brine yesterday and were stuffed with rosemary, sage, thyme, garlic, lemon, vidalia onion, and apple slices.
Going to try to get my gravy recipe right this year.
Sunday Cardio
Weight. Not gonna do it. I don’t need that kind of negativity in my life. I’ll weigh in Friday with my app.
First workout since Thursday. Pretty much laid around and watched football and ate too much.
UGA and Bama back at it again in the SEC Championship thanks to Texas knocking off A&M.
Let’s run it back. Go Dawgs!
Good looking Peloton rides Shane! Over 20 mph pace on both! Solid!
Congrats on the Dawgs making it to the championship again this year. Not terribly surprised.
Glad you were able to get some cardio in. That’s way more work than I’ve gotten in over the last few days. ![]()
Thanks Trent. I almost skipped today but with it raining and cold I knew it was going to be a low movement kinda day. I saw on IG you put up a new metcon. ![]()

That was a great looking session Shane! Solid work on SSB and then some very respectable sets after that. Extra credit for starting off in the sauna so then you get to wipe off all the machines. ![]()
Thanks Trent. I wish our sauna was hot enough to cause me to need to do that. I think the one at this gym only hits 160 to 165ish. By the time I am walking out of the sauna and have finished my squat sets I typically am not sweating much at all.
My home sauna hits about 160 F. I wish it would be a bit more robust.
I hear you man. Yeah, that isn’t too bad I guess. Our sauna gets up to about 190. I usually hit the wall shortly after 15 minutes and then just try to make it out of the gym and to my truck without dying. LOL ![]()
My old gym was like that. You are right, 15 minutes at 190 and it is chasing you out of it. I know it is actually pretty good cardio to just sit in one. My old one that got that hot my heart rate with get 120 to 125 just sitting still.
Well, the good part is you have an at home sauna. That’s pretty cool in itself. ![]()
