That was a heck of a session! Nice and heavy on bench and Kroc Rows. I must have looked up Kroc Rows about 20 times at this point. They are still what I refer to as bench supported rows. :blush:

Thanks Trent. I started calling them Kroc Rows after reading Wendler’s original 531 book. Somewhere I wrote down that half your bodyweight for sets of 20 is the standard on them. I have never worked out in a place that had 125 to 130 pound DBs so I didn’t really bother with it. This gym has dbs that heavy so I am actually going to shoot for that. :slight_smile:

So sets of 20 with 85 for me?!?!?!? :exploding_head: :exploding_head: :exploding_head: Usually I’m doing about 70 lbs for a set of 10 (but am usually supersetting them with something else and not resting between sets). Still, that is some serious weight to be putting up 20 reps. I have a long way to go to reach Shane status. :joy:

You could probably do them if you were not supersetting them and you rested between sets.
