I’ve been training for 15 years with ups and downs. Did a few cycles but nothing heavy. Each cycle with 2 or 3 compounds for 12 weeks max.
I’ve never competed before. Would love to do it once but I have no idea how to get prepared for a show.

And remember, back in a day they didn’t had internet and they managed to do well, I guess is trial and error with the sodium-potasium-carbs thing.

In general if you’re not under 10% body fat and not taking GH, I would probably advise against it. Without seeing pictures, based on your info I would suggest getting your body fat down a little and then consider insulin (it can be great for adding muscle but can also be great for adding fat if you’re not careful).

Here is a basic mass cycle that may work for you.
Test E 750-1000 per week (12 weeks - first 6 on the low dose, second 6 on the high)
Tren E 600-800 per week (same note as Test E)
Oral turinabol or winstrol (or DBol) …winstrol will keep you the leanest/hardest, Dbol will give you the best mass gains but with water retention, and turinabol is somewhere in between (run any of these for 6-8 weeks starting with 50mg and tapering up to 100)
Nolvadex 20mg per day
HCG 250 iu twice per week
GH if you can afford it - as much as you can (ideally 3-4iu pre workout and the same before bed) - no point if you can’t take at least 6 iu per day if you are looking at gaining (4 iu minimum to keep lean).
If EQ makes you lose hair just use the tren E and test (best base for cutting or gaining - the rest are just ad-ons and im not a big fan of Deca - tons of water retention and there are more efficient drugs for gaining. Some people swear by it for joint pain but i don’t like it).
If you want to do a show and aren’t sure - get a coach. Do your research and there are great ones out there. I wouldn’t do my first show as a guessing game - get support.
So far I have not used GH. The cycle looked like this: EQ - 800 mg per week, Test C - 400 mg per week and oxy - 50 per day. But I understand that to compete in competitions, this is not enough, and decided to gain muscle mass on this such cycle: NanD, TestC and Oxy. What dosages can you advise, or can change the drugs in a cycle. Thank you .

Some people say throughout the whole cycle, some other say just at the end from week 6-12.
Also, do you think .5mg of arimidex twice a week would be fine throughout the whole cycle?
I currently have the Test e, 28mg arimidex, Nolva and 5000 iu of HCG, trying to have everything dialed in.

Decent pictures. It’s hard to say from just the one picture but you look like around 10% body fat (maybe 9…definitely not 14%…truthfully it’s nice to see someone overshoot their body fat - I’m used to everyone thinking they are leaner than they are).
If you don’t mind me asking - you look young…how old are you and how many cycles have you done at this point.
Your first cycle is better than the second you suggested - I like EQ way more than Deca for gaining lean mass.
Perhaps:
750mg test per week
1000mg EQ
Anadrol (I prefer DBol but anadrol is ok too) 8 weeks - 50/50/75/75/75/100/100/100
optional: tren E 600mg per week (classic mass cycle with this in)
Nolvadex - 20mg per day
HCG 250iu twice per week
caber on hand if needed
If you aren’t doing GH I would hold off on the insulin for now - you look good and you will gain enough quality mass from this cycle alone. For now it’s not worth the risk of gaining fat. If you are doing GH, then you can play around with 5-10iu pre workout (while drinking at least 100g of carbs from Plazma during your workout).
If you want kids in the future then I would do HCG throughout the cycle. 250iu twice per week.
Your arimadex is fine but pay attention and you may need it more often (start with every 3 days and up to every other day if needed). You can use a little bit of Nolvadex at the end for PCT but you likely wont need it (20mg per day for 3 weeks) - you can probably get away with 2 bottles of Alpha Male instead.
Here are a few things that could help the bloating from test - keep cardio in 3 days per week for 20 minutes, up your nolvadex a little (30 instead of 20), add proviron for 6-8 week (50mg per day), clean diet, keep your fluid intake high. Do not lower your sodium - it really helps with gym pump and muscle contraction, and helps avoid cramping…keep it high you need it (one of the biggest mistakes people do is lower their sodium).
GH is really pricey - it is awesome to be able to use if you are able - closest thing to magic I’ve used.
turinabol is a good “compromise” drug - good strength gains without too much water retention.
T-Nation is connected with some great IFBB Pros and coaches so perhaps start there.
In your condition, if you do things properly perhaps 10-12 weeks

My questions is if u keep gh same dose or a bit little? Example- if i was 6ui gh on the AAS on is ok drop to 3ui gh on the AAS off or keep 6ui??

Your nutrition question is very individual and depends on your past diets, training, training volume, insulin sensitivity, genetics, metabolism…Im sorry it’s too broad of a question for a steroid forum. There are nutrition forums on this site or I always support getting a good coach.
The only consistent tip I can give to everyone is to utilize Plazma intraworkout - it will make a huge difference to your training and recovery, whatever your goals/diet/background.
You are in the right direction. When you are off, the dosage of the GH is a little lower. Your example is a good one.
