Maybe this question cant be answered but I will give it a try…

If an average size guy - trained for a year or so - having a proffessional coach etc…would this be too early to start a Test cycle or something mild? /23 years old)…Will it be hard to keep the gains if the I havent reach my maximum potential?..If so when would you start a cycle at the earliest?

Hi there - sure I can help. If you post a current picture that would be helpful.

  1. dosages are ok - I would probably up tren to 750 and EQ about the same.
  2. I would run tren A from week 1 all the way through
  3. You can run the EQ anywhere from 12-16 weeks (maybe drop the tren at week 12 and stay another 4 weeks on EQ and test only)
  4. run the dbol during the first 6 weeks - anywhere from 30-100 depending on your experience. Start low and ramp up every week.

TRT looks fine.
If you post a picture I can be more specific - this is mostly general without knowing your details.

I can give you better feedback if you don’t mind posting a current picture. It’s a very general question and depends on the individual and specifics. As a rule of thumb if you’ve only been training a year I would almost always recommend continuing that and getting more out of it clean before adding juice. There is usually a lot of room for physical improvement to do before considering that option.

We spoke a few months ago. You gave me good tips for my cycle.

I started a cycle of test e/eq/dianabol/hcg/tamoxifen.
After 3 weeks, my scalp started hitching. At week 5 it was hitching really bad and I noticed I had less hair.
(I have a lot of hair, I am not prone to baldness).

I stopped the dianabol and lower the test and eq. Scalp still hitching.
Now I am only doing test 250mg a week. Scalp hitches less but still.
First time this happen to me (btw I am 41years old).

Should I switch to a different combo (I still have a lot of eq and test e).
What do you think?

It’s interesting for sure - this is a medium cycle and that shouldn’t be a side effect for these drugs. It’s usually high dosing and prolonged use that leads to hair loss.
Test and EQ are a pretty moderate combo ( you can argue the oral but it depends on the dosage) - if the goal is still gaining mass, you can try decca instead of the EQ but it is more aggressive and may have side effects that you don’t like (decca dick). Test will always be your base and 250 is really a trt dose.
How many cycles have you done before and what did they include? You may be sensitive to one of these - are any of them first time use?
The only other one I can think that you can combine with test is primo but it’s quite gentle and wont do much as far as muscle mass.
Drugs like tren and Winstrol are much harsher and sides are much worse in all areas.
My last thought is - are you sure of the quality of your drugs? Underground labs you never know what’s added and that can cause issues sometimes.

Hey! So I have been lurking on the forums for a few days and read 700 replies in the first Q&A. While I plan to finish the rest of the Q&As in the next few days (no joke, I’m doing cardio everyday and I literally just read and read and read… knowledge is power, right? Here’s a few of my questions, sorry for having so many! My mind races when I read your answers and questions your are asked.

  1. Just curious (in general, not for anyone specific) how a rebound actually works (I understand the basics as in you’re low on calories, all of a sudden you raise calories by lets say 300/week and your body uses the extra, etc. but is it as noticeable as everyone says and as crazy as everyone says?)

  2. If someone is using a cycle up to their show day, would you recommend doing the rebound with a few more compunds? I know you had suggested a guy in the first Q&A another 12 weeks, but is that in general or just for him because of how lean he was (I recall he was 6%ish)?

  3. How have you ran/done your rebound in the past? Is it just as important for a natty competitor?

  4. If a show is on a Saturday, do you enjoy the next day “eating whatever you like?” (to an extent of course…)

  5. And my last question is more for me because I plan to be a serious contender for Classic Physique in the upcoming years in my area (I’ve done a few MP shows in the past), if you have back to back shows (maybe 4 weeks apart) what would you change in the cycle? Would you add test back in (you said to cut it 2 weeks out, but would you reuse it after the show because of the length of time in between until you are 2 weeks out again?)

My cycle plan was:
I am 26 years old going to law school but will be done after this year. Bodybuilding mindset for 3 years, weightlifting since 15
I believe less is more in terms of rx
just wanted to say that these dosages will be very low, but I’m not sure what they will be just yet. still talking to a good friend of mine who is helping me and he’s not one to abuse juice and understands starting small
I have done a few bulking cycles in the past with proper PCT (Test with dbol as first then sust with deca for the next 3)
Will be my 5th cycle

I will write my answers in CAPS below yours so it stays clear…

IF YOU DO THE REBOUND PHASE RIGHT (ITS EASY TO MESS THIS UP) ITS THE BEST TIME TO BUILD NEW MUSCLE.

  1. YOUR INSULIN SENSITIVITY IS REALLY HIGH AFTER A LONG HARD DIET WHICH MEANS IF YOU GIVE QUALITY FOOD IN A GRADUAL SURPLUS, YOUR MUSCULATURE WILL LITERALLY SOAK IT IN LIKE A SPONGE. (THIS CAN GO THE OTHER WAY - IF YOU EAT CRAP, YOU CAN GAIN FAT LIKE CRAZY BASED ON THE SAME PRINCIPLE).
  2. AFTER A LONG DIET, YOU WILL LIKELY HAVE LOST SOME STRENGTH AND INTENSITY IN YOUR TRAINING (ALMOST INEVITABLE IF YOU ACTUALLY DIET HARD FOR 12-16 WEEKS) - ONCE YOU BEGIN EATING AGAIN, YOU’LL GET STRONGER AND BE ABLE TO TRAIN LONGER/MORE INTENSELY THAN YOUR BODY HAS BEEN ABLE TO, WHICH TRANSLATES INTO NEW MUSCLE STIMULATION. TO DO A BETTER JOB ANSWERING THIS FOR YOU, CAN YOU DO ME A FAVOR AND POST PICTURES? ITS SO MUCH EASIER TO GIVE SPECIFIC DIRECTION IF I CAN SEE WHAT WE ARE WORKING WITH.
I WOULD LIKELY ADD MASTERON SOMEWHERE, POSSIBLY GH DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH WATER YOURE HOLDING NATURALLY, MAYBE SOME ANAVAR OR MAYBE ORAL TREN DEPENDING HOW HARD YOU ARE NATURALLY.
AS FOR YOUR TEST QUESTION - MAYBE I WOULD ADD A FEW PROP SHOTS BETWEEN SHOWS, BUT ONLY IF YOU NEED TO GET MORE FULL (NOT IF YOU NEED TO GET MORE DRY OR LEAN) - INDIVIDUAL.

I want to start by thanking you for what your doing with these threads. Giving back to the community is great! I’ve been reading through several of your q&a’s for the last month or so while I plan for an upcoming cycle. I have been on cycle three times prior. I’m hoping for your thought, suggestions and improvements.
All were basic as far as compounds used;
test-e only for 12 weeks.

second was a bump up to sust 16 weeks; taper from 250/week for 3
500mg/week for 3
750/week for 5 weeks
moderate taper back down to
500mg/week for 3
250mg/week for 2
Deca @ 200mg from week 4 to 12
Winny depot from week 12 to 16

Last cycle was just the sust in the same protocol as the previous. All had a pct nolva & clomed
60/40/40/20. I listened to the bros, who were uneducated on hcg until this last year.

The current cycle I am proposing is;
Week 1 thru 15 - 1 ml/200mg cyp E3D
Week 1 thru 15 - 1 ml/200mg deca E6D
Week 2 thru 21 - 250 iu HCG 2x/week
Week 10 thru 15 - 60 mg var ED
Week 16 thru 20 - 1 amp sust E6D (in order to clear the 15 weeks of deca)
Week 21 - hcg only
Week 22 - 60mg clomid/day, 60mg nolva/day
Week 23 - 40mg clomid/day, 40mg nolva/day
Week 24 - 40mg clomid/day, 40 nolva/day
Week 25 - 20mg clomid/day

I know this is basic but this is about all I can get away with from a work standpoint. I’m 30, started my first cycle three years ago and have done one each year. I am currently sitting at 196lbs/14% bf working my way down to 10/12% before starting this proposed cycle. I’m still a little unsure on the pct protocol I have listed.

I had another quick question an I apologize if you have talked about it during one of the other Q&A posts:

Do you take other supplements while on cycle? Excluding BioTest products because I do indeed take them. Examples are BCAA, creatine, L Glutamine, etc. Do you have any you recommend?

Hey man - you definitely did your homework…solid, simple cycle.
A few suggestions:
I would add two bottles of Alpha Male to the PCT
Start Anavar week 2 - it will give the start of your cycle a good push.
Have caber on hand because you’re using Deca - don’t use unless you need to.
I would probably use 0.5mg arimadex throughout the cycle also (or 10mg nolva throughout) and increase if any gyno issue occur.
Other than that a quick note that your goal to lower body fat to 10/12 is perfect.
Minimal suggestions but hope they help

Yes absolutely - here are my favourites:
Performance: creatine 10g into Plazma during workouts, BCAA 20g also into Plazma, EAA - 20-40g throughout the day, and I know you mentioned other than Biotest but I will mention I like Brain Candy when I need energy and Micro PA for fullness and strength.
Health: curcumin, tudca, NAC, Flameout, SamE, multimineral, ZMA, Vitamin C, 5HTP

Just 1 question how would you run test undecanoate for use in blast and cruise. Or trt

So whats you thought on Clomid or Nolva for HRT? Also which of those do you think increase test the most, and which sides do you get from each(and at what doses)?

Depends on your past usage.
Blast - anywhere between 750 to 2G.
Cruise - anywhere from 250-500 (obviously the more you used, the higher the cruise dose should be.)
TRT - anywhere from 100mg to 250mg depending how nice your doctor is lol.

This is a general question, particularly for HRT.
You can probably get away without using either of them and just use Test and arimadex.
If I had to answer your question, I’d say Clomid increases test the most, but nothing major.
In HRT dosing, most people wont see any significant sides from either one.
There are a long list of sides for both drugs (as there is for every drug you’d be discussing in this forum) depending on the dosage…they shouldn’t apply much with these two at HRT levels.
