If used test cyp/tren e/EQ each 200 mg a week for 16 weeks. You said something like chanching your gear afther 16 weeks. Do you have any sugestions?

Couple quick questions. The picture on the left is when you first gave me advice 14 odd months ago and the picture on the right is me today.

  1. What percentage of BF am I at on the right?

  2. My training partner is about the same % of bf as me, and he is 6 foot 3 and about 200 pounds. I am 5 foot 10 and 170 pounds. He did a test cycle of 500mg for 8 weeks and ran anavar at 50mg for 4 weeks before we met. He wanted to know what he should do for a second cycle?

Just let your system recover - don’t take anything and let your body do it’s thing. Don’t start a cycle until you see that your blood tests are completely normal. You drove your hormonal system crazy - let your body recover at it’s own pace. Should be fine in a few weeks.
I would take RezV as a supplement for now - it’s great for balancing testosterone/estrogen levels.

It really depends on your goal - after 16 weeks I would assume you’ll finish the cycle and do a PCT? If not, you an always throw in an oral and drop one compound, or change the type of test (testE or sustanon) or change the kind of ester…all depends on your goal.

My goal is dry musclle mass, nice and slow. My gain are stady but slow, and my look is much dryer. The only thing i have is severe agnee on my shoulders and back. I take nolvadex 20 mg a day, and up it last month to thirty, but it didnt helped.

Is it oke, if i drop the tren in week one, EQ in week two, and then go on for two weeks with the test before change it to (lets say) test e, deca and winstrol tabs?

And when i drop compounds do i have to up my nolva then, because estro is probably running wild?

Is there anything i can do to that agnee? My skin is very sensitive. Actually im on for olmost a year, but dont really know how to manage this.

Hi Shadow, just a question on Human growth hormone. Please correct me but it seems to be the substance that creates the most muscle/size gains. Does a competitive BB cycle it on off during the year like other substances or do they stay on 24/7…365? What are the dangers of long term use of growth hormone at the levels most pro’s run it at?

Hi I’m new to Tnation, iv ran a few cycles now… Started on test 250 at 1ml a week for 12 weeks with a side of dbol from week 1-6, gained plenty of size, iv tried test 600 called “superbulk” went overkill with it… 2ml a week with a side of oxys week 1-6… Tried boldenone, trenbolone and test 250… Now going on to sus and decca but unsure on the dosage, some people say more decca than sus, some say the other way around…

I’m thinking of taking dbol 1-6, sus 2ml = 500 and decca 1ml = 300 week 1-12 and then running oxys 100ml at the end week 12-16… What do you think?

If you are on for 16 weeks, I highly suggest doing a PCT before going back on (unless you are preparing for a show?) rather than just going straight into another cycle. Being on for almost a year may be what’s going on with your skin (I assume you mean acne? - just to clarify).

I try to stay on HGH year round if I can afford it. Perhaps 2 months off over the course of the year during a detox time. The positive impact on muscle gains from GH takes a long time to see and I wouldn’t start it if I didn’t have at least 3 months (preferably 6). In low dosage (2-6iu per day) there is negligible negative effects if any…most things you’ll see will be positive (mood, recovery, fat loss and on high enough dose muscle gain). Most body builders utilize more than I mentioned and then you do risk enlargement of some body parts (feet, nose, jaw, penis, heart), sluggishness, etc, but all in all its probably one of the safer drugs to use. I still haven’t found a pro that has ended up with any serious issue from HGH use.
GH works best in synergy with other drugs if the goal is to gain (test, tren, etc)…as a stand along drug, there are more effective ones to take.

Can you please post a current picture so I can give you more solid advice? If you take more Deca than test, I promise your dick won’t like it. With Deca always keep test higher.
Also Im not entirely sure of your goal - if it’s a gaining cycle then this might work, but if it’s a cutting cycle, this probably isn’t my first choice…I can give you more info once I have seen pictures.

dbol 35mg P/D… 1-4 I only have 50mg will that make much difference?

Winstrol 30mg E/D… Same applies only have 50mg… 5-10

Iv never done a pct I think that if you have a long enough break and don’t go stupid then your body will just naturally level itself… I have proviron to hand just Incase of gyno!

Iv uploaded 2 pics one from a year ago and one a few weeks ago… I’m a clean eater and prep all my meals! I get about 4000-5000 cal a day roughly.

Keep the test higher than the Deca for sure. Take nolvadex 10-20mg per day throughout the cycle and HGC 250iu twice per week. Make sure you’re taking at least 2 bottles of alpha male at the end of the cycle and do a proper PCT with it - you need to do more research if having kids is in the plans at some point.

Ive got a question about rebound and insulin. I know the first thread had alot of insulininfo but i didnt find my answer there, if i missed it im sorry.
Im on a diet now, goal is to get almost stage-ready, so i can use the rebound-effect after to gain some musclemass.
Ive never tried insulin before and was playing with the idea of trying it with the rebound. I assume i will be really insulin-sensitive in a rebound-phase and thats a big deal with insulin, right?
So if i add like 5-10IU before workout with 100g of fast-carbs, will i be better off with the rebound? Or will the rebound itself be that good of a phase because of the high insulin-sensitive that added insulin would do nothing?

Another thing, with insulin before workout it peaks like 1hour after shooting, can i “wait” with the workout until it peaks? Like this; take 10IU, drink 100grams carbs. Drive to workout, like 45mins then have full spike within the workout. Then drink some carbs intra-workout, and have a meal 1 hour after workout. I can train late in the evening, so if i can get away with 1 hour of insulin before workout as well, that would be good for me so i wouldnt have to stay up 1-2 extra hours just to let the insulin clear the system before sleeping.
