Sounds like sleep apnea, I really doubt it’s the cycle because your dosages are very moderate.

The only thing I can think of is if you gained a lot of weight with the cycle… Something like 20+ lbs it can lead to breathing problems during sleep. Never heard of night sweats from test and primo, only from tren. You never know with underground shit.

looking back from now till last year the weight gain has been 15 kgs.

15kg is a lot to gain and I think this might have something to do with it. I would try to fix your diet and keep bodyfat lower to lose a few pounds or at least gain more gradually to allow your body to adjust to the new weight.[/quote]

Yes i know, i could sure drop some body fat after this cycle is done.
my main point is im starting to feel so damn skinny when im lower in body fat :frowning:
would it be an considerable option to keep up the bulk for a few months and start dropping BF while being on a new cycle??
and what kind of cycle would u recommend, i did two moderate cycle with Test E 250 combined with Primo 250 e/w for 8 weeks.
my current stats are 91,2kg wieght, 170 cm length Body fat precentage 12%.

If you could post a current photo that would be very helpful. It really depends on how much muscle you have and what level of bf you are at. In order to lose fat you need to be in a calorie deficit and to gain muscle you need to be in a calorie surplus so these usually don’t happen at the same time unless you’re a complete beginner or have some crazy genetics.

Your cycle is very moderate so obviously if you’re willing or wanting to do more then the results would be much more profound. I do need to see a picture in order to make a proper recommendation.

Hey shadow pro I’ve read all your threads from the beginning. I find it really interesting i got a lot of questions to ask!

I’m 20 years of age I’ve only done one cycle and it was a year a go i was “young” stupid i know and i am still young. But I’m currently taking my second cycle I’m 8 weeks into it, but before i get into it ill tell you about my first cycle i was very inexperienced and still am to a certain degree.

1st cycle

Test E week 1 - 12 ( 500mg)
Deca durabolin week 1 - 12 ( 400mg)

Now onto my second cycle its exactly as my first cycle but from week 1 - 4 i included 50mg dianabol every training day. I haven’t touched a drug since my first cycle which was a year a go and i had 4 months off training before i started my new cycle. I started it at 220 pounds and in 8 weeks I’m now 250 pounds, and still remaining lean with the right nutrition i classify this as a offseason in some way. But I’ve hit a plateau I’m not gaining anything but all i see in the mirror is I’m getting fuller but i can really eat anymore I’m eating 5000 cals a day 4500 at the least. but i can’t stomach anymore food. Is there anything i can do to assist more muscle building ? keep in mind I’m getting leaner from when i started I’m 10% bf. would you recommend insulin because HGH isn’t in my budget “yet”? or is it to young to touch that stuff. Should i increase dosages or introduce something new?

Because i want to compete after i do another mass building cycle, which will leave me with exactly 16 weeks to get ready for my first show. Is there anything you could recommend me doing to gain more mass? But stay lean suggest different drugs or from what you can see in my picture give me some pointers? i can upload more if you want to see other body parts. Any information I’m willing to take.

Currently 4.5 weeks in to the cycle of tren ace, test prop and mest prop you recommended a while back. Loving it.

Another few questions for you:

  1. Is there a maximal point in terms of amounts of gear used that you would say is too much to use?

  2. Is it total bs and bro science that using the same cycle over and over, 100mg test p, 100mg tren ace ed for example, will be less effective over time?

  3. If so, what techniques are used to get the best rewards from teh smallest amounts of gear per cycle?

Reasons for these questions is that my current direction in terms of diet, training and gear seems to be pretty much spot on. The test p/tren a effect on my overall look is something I want to keep on going with for a long time. No desire to add the type of mass gained from excess calories and deca.

Hey SP! I just wanna thank you personally for all the advice you gave me… I have just received my blood work and the results were incredible! I followed exactly your advice on PCT… the only thing I changed was the HCG … I was injecting sub-q instead of IM… I am really excited to start my new cycle next monday … your knowledge is really immeasurable!!

Started Test Propionate at 75mgED NPP 50mg ED. Liquid Pramipexole at .25 ed. Started getting soar nipples so upped Prami to 1mg ED! Still did not help, so I dropped the npp along with the prami completely and the nipples are perfectly fine now. So currently just running the test prop at 75 ED until I get this figured out. My question is, does prami take a couple weeks to take effect? I do feel that it is real prami because it makes me very sleepy and nauseas at 1mg per day. I have no prolactin issues while running tren A at 50 Mg a day so I’m confused why NPP is giving me this problem.

Thanks for posting and following.

First of all, I wouldn’t touch insulin at all. Way too early for that and not worth the risks. I also don’t think you should run your cycle more than 12 weeks then do a pct and then only go back on once you’re blood tests are clear.

Add indigo to help absorb carbs better and obviously Plazma for periworkout nutrition.

Are you using anti estrogens or HCG in the cycle? You can really mess yourself up big time if you don’t take all of the precautionary measures.

  1. This is completely individual. Depends on your bodies reaction, history of use, age, genetics etc. Some people can handle a lot of juice and get away with it and other need very little and can grow like crazy.

  2. It’s not complete bs but I do recommend to change compounds/dosages occasionally. It’s not that the cycle will be less effective but your body has an amazing ability to adapt and you’ll eventually plateau and need to increase the dose.

  3. Perfect diet, training and supplementation will enhance every cycle if done correctly.

  4. You don’t have to add any “mass” compounds if you don’t want to. If you want to stay lean and hard the cycle you’re doing is just fine. Just make sure to go off and do a proper pct after each cycle.

Before jumping into another cycle I would probably try to shed a bit of body fat. The results of starting a cycle at a lower body fat is much more profound. You look good now but if you can get under 10%'for a starting point you’ll do great.

You can increase your test to about 400-500mg/week and switch the primo for masteron at 400mg/week. I would also add nolvadex and HCG there.

I prefer caber over prami, it seems to have a better effect. Some people are very sensitive to deca, this might be the issue. You can try the caber and see if it works better for you… You should feel a difference right away. If not just switch the deca for EQ or another compound.

I am taking nolvadex (ed) hcg is hard to come by in australia. But am taking the right measurements pct and during the cycle as best as i can.

I have 4 weeks left of my cycle should i change it in anyways or should i continue how I’m going?

what would you recommend for a mass building cycle for the next course once my bloods are clear?

i was thinking of taking EQ, Tren ace and cyp with dbols every training day for 4 weeks?

During a cut most people recommend to use short estered testosterone (usual propionate) while others say it makes no difference which ester is used. Even IF, somehow the shorter estered test causes less water retention on the individual that still wont have anything to do with burning of fat.

Yet, Ive heard many coaches and bodybuilders with legit experience recommend using test prop for a cutting cycle for some reason.

What are your thoughts on this and why??

Hello shadow… Even tho this is my first forum post, I have been following your q&a threads for a while… My question is regarding arimidex… My cycle is currently 600mg sust and 500mg tren blend per week… I started with .5 mg of arimidex eod and after 2 weeks my nips were getting a lil sore…

So for the last 3 days I decided to up it to .5 ed… I can still feel it but I’m thinking it will take maybe a week or so for things to stabilize… So I don’t want to jump up to a whole mg ed yet cuz I’m not sure I need too… What do you think? Is it common to use a whole mg ed with the type of cycle/dosage I’m running? Am I right that it will take some time for estrogen levels to stabilize and sides will go away soon?

Hey, I am currently on a cycle with 600 deca p/w. I was hoping it would help out with my arthritic knees but regrettably I am still in quite a great deal of pain. How do you rate deca for problems such as this? Is there any cycle that you think would help? I’ve tried a lot of supplements and even prescription painkillers, but gotten nowhere. The painkillers worked to numb the pain but they are poison to the body. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

What is the current cycle? I can’t see it posted here.

If you’re running a mass cycle I would probably only run long esters. I’m confused, you are wanting to do a 4 week mass cycle? I would say something more like 12-16 weeks. If you’re using dbol I would say to take it everyday so it’s stable in your blood rather than just on training days.

The reason they use short esters during cutting cycles is because they cause less water retention when you’re preparing for a show. Long esters will make you retain water, gain weight and look bloated. When you’re trying to lose fat this is not ideal circumstances. Will it effect the fat loss directly? No… But it will effect your overall look and when you’re dieting this does not make it easy to gauge actual progress and fat loss due to the extra weight you will retain from water retention and bloat. Also, psychologically it’s not so great for the athlete to see this either.
