Thats damn fine benching, I’d have need four days off to recover from your trip home.

Bench is looking solid. I am very happy that I don’t have to travel, at this point, for my contract.

Yeah, the traveling can wear on you, plus you have to really go the extra mile to get to a gym on the road-- which is always a crap shoot in itself…

To add insult to injury, had a temp cap put on the broken tooth. Have to go back in a month for the real thing. I HATE visiting the dentist. This was actually not painful (took a few Novacaine shots), but the sounds and smells bring back bad memories of a sadistic dentist when I was a kid.

To add insult to insult (or injury to injury) it fucking costs almost $600 even WITH insurance. Faaack!!! Plus, I haven’t been in 3 years so they tagged me for a ‘cleaning’ first thing in the morning (before I have a chance to fly out during a scheduled visit…)

That is a lot of weight for a chest supported t-bar row. Those are a lot harder for me than the ones from the floor.

The chest supprt T-bars are tough. For me it’s not the weight per se, but just being able to hold the air in and keep the core tight enough to support the row.

I actually skooch up on it and it’s more like an ‘ab supported row’. It’s easier to keep a back arch (ie not rounding forward) and it’s easier (for me) to keep tight rather than on my chest.
