Tom, they’re out there. Look for the ladies that have the physical and mental characteristics that indicate high testosterone levels. For instance, there’s one of those on this very thread.
Another thing to look for…believe it or not…are the ones who “have a lot of energy.” Obviously, if you haven’t had them in bed yet you have to look at high energy levels in general life activities. If you have a prospect that mopes around, isn’t physically active, and tires easily during her daily activities there’s a darn good chance she’s going to be a flop in the sack.

What mental characteristics indicate high t? Confidence, assertiveness?
Yep.
Much less inclined to be emotional and dramatic. Less clingy.

Exactly this.

Do you feel that there is a positive correlation between intelligence and sexual activity?
I was actually thinking about this this morning and it got me to wonder about how this study was devised because my sexual frequency has varied greatly since I’ve been sexually active and in my marriage. My wife & I beat the 4X a week mark now but the first few years of parenthood we probably didn’t average once a week. It took us a while to figure out how to get sex into our lives with kids around.
Also, during the first year of our marriage, when common wisdom is that’s when couples have the most sex, my wife was making a 3 hour commute each day and very stressed about school. I was playing baseball and putting too much time in the gym as well as watching too much TV. Makes me wonder if the common wisdom is not so accurate about sexual frequency. Maybe younger couples who are more likely to work odd schedules, long hours and have screaming babies on their hands actually have a lot less sex. Couples in their peak earning years also have more stable lives and able to have more sex. Maybe this is what the study is reflecting. This idea is kind of just food for thought since it pretty much goes against the widely accepted idea that couples have less sex over time not more.
Anyway, to answer your question, yes I think smarter people have more sex over their lifetime. Smarter people are more organized and have more stable lives and they stay healthy for a larger portion of their lives. (obviously this is a huge generalization) Smarter women have fewer children, they are less likely to get fat and they spend less time watching Jersey Shore. Smart men are less likely to have a job where they come home exhausted because they busted their ass all day long in some manual labor job. I could think up a lot more reasons smarter people are likely to enjoy more sex but I’m too lazy.
Notice I qualified that statement above with “lifetime”. Obviously there are some dumbasses who have tons of sex when they are young (the young floozy girl for instance) but I doubt they have a lot over their whole lifetime.
Smarter people also tend to make better decisions about who they marry, get into LTRs with. Tend to
Healthier relationships = more sex.
Smarter people also tend to have the discipline to make habits of things they know are good for them. Yeah sex is fun, but at certain times (as on edge pointed out) it does take some planning and commitment to ‘get it in’ regardless of whether it’s convenient etc.
Having anything above 9" later in life will require more effort.

My wife and I were the same way our first year. We were so stressed out due to school, sucky jobs, and little money that once every week or two weeks was the norm. Now, even with a 9 month old, 4x week is regular.
Good stuff, man. I appreciate the thoughtful response.
