There are a lot of newbies to our site since T-nation has risen. So I just wanted to post this link to, in my opinion, the best article ever written on this here website.

I think we all need a kick in the ass every now and then. We also need to separate the contenders from the pretenders.

I have this article taped to my bathroom wall and I read it damn near everyday and it pisses me off every #@$@# #@$@#$#@ time!!!
