Guys, when I see programs on here, are the lifts done by Set/Rep or Rep/Set? It seems there are differing styles of saying the same thing but that can make it confusing. Is the lift style heavy with more sets or light with many reps. At this point I am referring to the V-Diet article. Thanks For the help.

so 10 x 3 = 10 sets of 3
Usually with more sets, less reps you’ll be doing heavier weight.
Also: I believe Russian routines flip the rep/set thing.
