Impressive.

@Bauber
what are your BBing plans?
I would like to see your transformation pics leading into a show, given that the whole topic of “full-house”/actual LBM/bla is a classic around here.
Probably covered it somewhere else…
My BB plans currently are to keep slowly leaning down until december then show prep for 2-3 shows from April - June. I will have videos and pics to progress along the way that I will post. I am curious myself to see how it turns out.
Awesome. Can’t wait to see this.

Like zRaw just on a bigger frame.

Looks like I have some work to do! My goal is to be 9-10% BF by the end of december and go from there. I think from there would be a good starting point to nail it down into a show.

I have an admirer. This dude was very nice, but asked what NFL team I played for… lmao

Arms starting to separate out some more even though I weighed 317 this afternoon…

at that weight do you have any issues sleeping or have sleep apnea?

Nope, sleep like a baby.

Not all babies do that.

Ahh youre right.

I was just trying to see if anyone else on this site woke up crying like me.

Was really seeking support on the low

Many very large men get stuff like, “I have a nephew/cousin/brother/father/grandfather just as big/who was as big/bigger than you.”

Or the really funny ones are the guys who tell you, “I used to be about your size, maybe… a little bigger.” And they are either tiny or obese with dunlap disease. Have this one guy who always brags about his 700 lbs squat in high school and how if he trains legs they get to big and he is seriously riding a chicken.

because 700lb squat = 700lb 1/4 rom leg press with two spotters

Lol, but brah he insists it was in the rack and below parallel.

Can’t always judge a book by its cover. Ran into a guy that was out of shape and didn’t look like much now but ended up he was an asking badass hockey player back in the day. Showed some pics and footage. Dude was built like a brick shirt house. And mean as fuck. But agreed most stories get quite exaggerated

For sure when there is an age gap like that, but this guy is 21 and looks like he never lifts. 6’1 weighs 175ish. Hard to buy a 700 lbs squat lol. Especially when I’ve seen him struggling with 185
